Lately, due to the circumstances, there’s been a lot of time to notice and feel nervous, upset, worried, anxious, threatened, mad, skeptical, numb, etc.

A natural antidote to help remedy the situation is to FEEL in the blanks.

Take this time to identify those other “feelings” that we overlook and don’t acknowledge as often as we should. While you may have plenty of practice with some of those “other” feelings – it might be worthwhile to check-in with some of those old friends…
