    I grew up in small business chasing curiosity more than anything else. Sneaking into sales meetings, watching customer interactions, and asking questions I probably wasn’t supposed to ask.

    I wasn’t just observing what people were doing I was trying to understand why they were doing it.

    That early exposure shaped how I see organizations today.
